Office of Faculty Affairs

Lincoln University's passionate faculty—many of whom have reached the highest level of expertise in their field—are an essential part of what makes this school special. They are uniquely dedicated to serving their students and do everything in their power to ensure those students get the support needed to succeed.

Of course, the faculty can't do it all alone, and that's where The Office of Faculty Affairs (OFA) comes in. At the OFA, we support faculty members at all ranks throughout their careers at Lincoln University, providing continued support from recruitment to retirement that ranges from skill development to personal growth to career advancement and beyond.

The OFA partners with university administration and academic departments to engage in activities and processes to effectively recruit, appoint, and retain exceptional faculty and promote academic excellence across the school.

The office handles all administrative matters relating to the faculty, including contracts, development grants, onboarding, and compliance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).
